During COVID-19 pandemic, cases of domestic violence against women have increased drastically, Mahdi Lamloum ,Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy and a highly creative Tunisian changer, has approched CFC Carthage Women’s Club Volleyball Team, one of the most decorated women sport team in modern Tunisia, to collaborate and launch a national compaign to raise awareness about the Tunisia law 58-2017 that aims to protect women against violence.
Responding to the communicated need, 1337 Digital considered the several aspects that should should be considered when communicating about such a sensitive topic and developed a responsive website that puts forward the different benefits of the law 58-2017 in an accessible and easy to grasp manner and incites the community, especially women, to take action against violence.
This national campaign was launched on the day of the final of the women’s volleyball cup featuring CFC and especially with their clean win, this resulted in much public attention and media coverage.
